Returns Policy
Here at Jilly's Tack Shops, we are dedicated to providing you with high quality products in which you will be happy with. However, if in the event that you need to return your items, they must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of delivery, in which you are covered under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 and 2005. (Distance Selling Regulations). Under these regulations, you are also protected against credit card fraud and the demand for payment of unsolicited goods. If an item is damaged, photo evidence is needed before returning. We can not be held accountable for any loss or damage that is caused in transit once you have returned the item to us.
Postage and Packaging are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
If you do still wish to proceed with returning goods, this must be put in writing, using the returns form below or sending an email. Please note - returns will not be accepted over the phone, it MUST be in writing.
Once you have sent your return, a proof of postage would be greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE UNDER THE DSR WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED BITS OR BITS THAT ARE RETURNED IN UNFIT CONDTION FOR SALE.
Please ensure that the item is properly packaged with your order number, name, address and contact details enclosed and the item HAS NOT BEEN USED.
You must make your own arrangements to send the items back to us, however, we do recommend using the Royal Mail Click and Drop Service.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of the items in transit once you have posted.
